Hotel rules

In our hotel we wish to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Therefore we have drawn up a list of rules to ensure domestic harmony.

1. The doors of our hotel are opened for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Please present your ‘guest card’ to obtain your key.

3. Silver Age Hotel – Time of arrival: after 12 noon, time of departure: before 11-00, settlement of bill: before 13-00. If you plan to arrive earlier (between 6.00 and 12.00) and to leave later (between 11.00 and 22.00), there is an additional charge equal to half the cost of the room in a 24 hour period.  For arrivals earlier than 6.00 and departures later than 22.00, the full cost of a room for 24 hours will be due.  The room charge begins once guests have arrived.

4. For stays of less than 24 hours, the full 24 hour charge is payable, irrespective of the times of arrival and departure.

5. For children under 7 years of age (accompanied by an adult) not requiring a separate bed, there is no further charge.   

6. Guests are only allowed to stay after showing a passport or a substitute document.

7. We refuse to allow the staying of any guests, who are in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication.

8. Valuable items, documents, etc., please leave in the safe in your room. Guests are responsible for all items left in their room.

9. Visitors can visit guests daily from 8.00 to 23.00 for which a ‘temporary visitors’ card should be obtained from reception.  This ‘temporary visitors’ card does not give the visitor the right to obtain a room key.

10. We ask guests not to disturb those staying in neighbouring rooms. Between 22.00 to 7.00, please keep down the noise from the television set and avoid loud conversation and laughter.

11. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. The specially ventilated area for smoking is located in the dining room.

12. Please take good care of the hotel’s property.  Should anything be damaged or lost, compensation will be payable after assessment by the Manager.
